The staff was super nice, friendly and respectful. The hotel was super clean and organized with a great location. The breakfast area clean and organized. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Great experience. It will definitely be our favorite place to rest on our travels.

Great stay! Really clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was the only downside — old/stale and just didn’t taste good at all. Would absolutely stay here again though!

The interaction with front desk was quite embarrassing. It all started over a $100 incidental fee that wasn’t disclosed while reserving the room. No matter if you are booking through a 3rd party or directly through the hotel website the consumer deserves the right to know if there will be additional fees. The room itself, and breakfast was great but overshadowed by the whole ordeal with mgmt, and the front desk attendant. It was too much. On top of that a discriminatory policy that shows obvious differences in customers. Since, you’re only charging $20 for the out of towners versus in towners $100 because of a bad experience they had with other hotel guests. As a result, everyone has to suffer. Just out of curiosity if something does get damaged how is $20 going to cover anything. I’m asking for some logic to be applied. Why not have the same refundable fee for everyone. Seems fair to me. Then the rigid attitudes and the unwillingness to bend for the customers, even to create good customer interactions. If this type issues continue to persist, you will lose customers eventually. It was a deal breaker. I probably won’t be back to stay.
