Clean and great service. Bathrooms were definitely cleaned since the last stay; they even pulled out the sink drain to show that it was clean! Sheets were. Lean but pillows were a bit lumpy. Not a great view but a fine location for nearby restaurants. Breakfast was minimal and basic.

Had to have my car worked on at the Nissan dealership. Had to stay overnight and this place is across the road a bit but right behind Walmart. I was stuck overnight and had to buy clothes and things. The bed did have 2 hairs in it so I slept on top of the covers but everything else about the room was great. Nice hot shower and comfy bed. Very clutch and very clean. Breakfast was good too.

My stay this past weekend was terrible. The bathroom was very dirty. The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in weeks. There was built up dirt and soap scum on the shower walls and gunk around the toilet. I had to clean the bathroom myself in order to feel comfortable. Friends who stayed down the received a room with a door that didn’t lock. Management didn’t resolve the issue. The only positive is that the hotel is in a good location to food options and stores.

Passing through Jackson and needed a room with short notice. Saw that it was a Raddison so felt safe it selecting this hotel. The bloom is definitely off this hotel. The mattress was very lump. Fortunately a king so I finally found a smooth spot. Toilet roll holder had been pulled out of the drywall, so they just set the roll on the counter and left the hole in the wall. Disappointed, especially for the price.
