If I could leave a zero I would! We called this hotel to request a rate and make sure it was available. When I asked to make the reservation, the desk clerk transferred me to reservations where I waited on hold for over an hour as the agent continually said he could not find the rate the clerk quoted me. Using my husband's phone, I* called back the clerk at the hotel and she was not willing to make the reservation and insisted on transferring me to reservations (when I told her I was already on hold with them and had been for a long time.) She was terse and completely unfriendly. I thanked her and hung up but stayed on hold with the reservation line. He never came back to the line and hung up on me within the next 15 minutes. Don't bother wasting your time with this hotel. They don't honor the prices given at the actual hotel and the clerks are unfriendly and unhelpful.

It was one of the worst Marriott experiences ever … would recommend going to the Embassy Suites next door! Black particles coming out of the a/c unit all night landed on the bed; no hot water for a shower all night (even after letting it run for 40 min!)

Difficult to get housekeeping to clean room completely. Had to ask 3 days in a row. They finally came on the 4th day, did not clean everything, and we had to maintain our towels and coffee by going to the front desk. Not relaxing when you have to micromanage and serve yourself. Also, the hotel hallway often smelled like smoke
