The man behind the counter was unfriendly and indifferent about helping us. I wanted to purchase a frame and during the pandemic, there was a sign that said if you try on a pair, please place it in a separate container so they can sanitize it. I went over to take a look at the frame and then man behind the counter immediately said, “You can’t try them on.” So I said, “Well how will I know which ones I like?” He proceeded to say, “You can’t try them on. Sorry.” I went to another location to purchase the frames because of his attitude.

The man inside the counter was not professional at all! I bought my prescription and shown to him, but he still wanted me fax my prescription, how come ??
