I am editing my review based on the fact I've been back to their place of business on a number of occasions after speaking with the owner. I was happy to be there and was greeted by familiar and happy faces 😊. Even though little miss attitude is still there I just pay her no mind. Also, their eye doctor who is new to me but has been there for awhile is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable and helped me so much! I changed my 3 star rating 4 because they really should just get rid of that young lady. She has no business working with people. --I've been coming here for just about 9 years now with my entire family. My daughter was picking up her first of glasses today. I have never seen this receptionist before but I tell her why we are there. She acts as if she cannot hear me, so I repeat myself.. she had me repeat myself in total 3 times. I couldn't be more clear... I do not have an accent and I can't say VARGAS any clearer then I did. She hands me her glasses under the shield they have at the desk... I am not use to that, the other girls would walk around and bring the glasses over to the little desks where the mirrors are and help my children put them on for the first time and ask them if they fit okay and so on... so I ask her is no one going to adjust them? She catches an attitude and says yeah the tech! She needs to put them on! I didn't even notice the gentleman behind the desk wayyyy on the other side of us was a tech and would be helping her as he was no where near us. So as I was getting ready to leave I ask while telling my daughter how pretty she looks what happened to the other two girls that use to be here? Funny how she was able to hear that crystal clear and says what girls? I say the ones that have always been here? She responded oh I am not sure maybe tomorrow I guess. All I do know is this much... they are missed. They were caring and friendly. Felt bad for my little one that she didn't get the same experience her siblings once did. Guess we will be taking our business else where for now on.

Had the pleasure of having my 6 year old examined by the pediatric optometrist Dr.Afsana Amir and she was very patient and knowledgeable for my understanding. When picking out glasses be sure to gave a chat with William Baldizzone and Jennifer Konarski they will give you a interesting history lesson. I absolutely adore this place.
