Reina is always a pleasure when I go to Shades of Brooklyn however I went to go pick up me & my son glasses way before 2pm the gate is half way down I go under to be told they’re closing next time don’t come under the gate after I was told to by a guy pulling the gate down the Spanish one is a little rude I asked her did they close early everyday being I’ve seen the gate closed several times on days it’s not HALLOWEEN she responded no they’re closing early because it’s Halloween with a slight attitude as if they follow googles time of business 🤷🏾‍♀️it doesn’t pay to have good customer service skills especially being they close when they choose too..

Horrible customer service .on a Thursday 7/21/2022 my daughter want to the location to get a second pair of glasses due to them breaking for the second time But was rudely stop at the door to a half down gate at 3pm no sign of why or even a explanation when the location closes at 4pm .we be finding a new glass place
