We work hard so that they give us very bad attention. When I called the emergency room to take my child, I had to wait 2 hours on the phone. I made the decision to leave and when I got to the clinic, the receptionist was answering her cell phone, and then she stood there. In front of her, wait until you feel like hanging up your cell phone so that she can attend to me, they really should pay more attention to the patients, the supervisor of that place is really not doing a good job.

I have been going to this clinic since I was 4 years old. As I've transitioned into an adult I have witnessed how the health center has progressively looked better yet their infrastructure and services reek of a rude and disorganized staff. You no longer get appointments within the same months but now you must wait ATLEAST 2-3 months. When you finally get your appointment, be prepared to stand your ground as doctors will rush you out or defer your symptoms and illnesses to covid and quick prescriptions. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THERE, will reciprocate your kindness, the staff seems monotonal to your needs and I say this with confidence as I've gone to four different appointments in August and July and I have left feeling unsure, insecure about my prescriptions, even scared because I still have problems that are persisting despite the doctors prognosis. Look there are good people in this clinic but you have to weed them out through trial and error but when your health is on the line, the patience needed to exercise this right is thin and unwilling.

Since the pandemic everything changes. To call for an appointment is ridiculous they tell you to call at certain time and then they put you on hold and when they decide to pick up the slot for appointment is book already. I go through the portal and is awful. I used to like the center.

I am a local Six member but from my experience this center is the worst of all the hotel clinics in New York. The patient Services is like a ghost town. Call hundreds times and none of them will ever pick up your call. They are all just sitting down. I wish they lay them off so they will learn to appreciate their work.
