This place order of operation is a joke. 1st.They want you to make a appointment for all visits. But will not see you The time your appointment was made. 2nd. I assume they call you based on either your payment choice, ethnicity or procedure that's being done. It makes no sense for someone to have an appointment at 11am and wait 2 whole hours and counting to see the doctor. When certain ethnicities comes in and go straight in the back. I was trying to be understanding when an hour went past thinking maybe they waited just as long as I have until I seen it happen again with them signing in doing the same paperwork that was given to me and going straight in the back to be seen. So I'm stuck to assume ethnicity plays a big role 🤔 😒. 3rd staff can do better with checking people in, knowing how long your wait will be and communicating in a professional manner when answering people's concerns

DO NOT COME HERE I HAVE VISITED TWICE THE WAIT TIME TO SEE THE DENTIST IS TWO HOURS MINIMUM AND THATS JUST SITTING IN THE FIRST WAITING ROOM , THEN WHEN YOU THINK ITS YOUR TURN NOPE THEY CALL YOU AND BRING YOU INTO WAITING ROOM NUMBER 2 FOR ANOTHER HOUR . I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU DO NOT BELIVE ME GO AHEAD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU WILL SEE HOW LONG YOU ARE THERE
