Staff is completely unprofessional, scheduled time means nothing, they make you sit for an hour before getting called on. Forcing you to wear a mask where other workers walk around maskless. When asked, frontdesk staff responded with excuses and stated, masks are for patients only and that they don't want to get sick, and workers are not required to wear one. Workers without mask were doing cameras, they are not even part of the facility, they were coughing and sneezing, not sure from dust or from something else. Someone should really check if this place has any health violations. Be aware of where you going Their reviews are there for a reason. Be safe.

There is a reason why this place has 2 stars!!!! Read reviews before going! They did a test for my mother and the test was done on the WRONG hand!!!! They have no clue what they are doing and then arguing with you! We called the manager "Fabian" who stated that the technician told her that density test is ALWAYS done on the left hand! So then why would he ask my mother what hand is the weakest? Not only he is a bad tech,he is also a liar!!!! Wish I can report them for their fraud! Would never go here again! Choose either a different location or a different imaging center!

This office is very clean and the front desk was polite ,professional and quick. I was called in on time for my appointment and the techs were kind and professional and My doctor got my results right away. I recommend this place 100%
