Be careful they listed a half on the menu after I got in the car I realized it was actually smalls and they listed it wrong on the menu first thing is no one really cared secondly no one from corporate even returned my email and the final straw was next week the had to same half ounce wrongly listed the same way again which shows how little they care about their customers not returning my email is one thing but not even fixing your wrongly priced items is another I hope this doesn’t happen to someone one day and it’s shake not just smalls

Untrained. Aloft staff. Staff high as a kite. Your staff at this location have served me 6 times over the course of the past 6 weeks never had an issuem all of a sudden I was denied access. If it's a problem now 6 weeks ago it was a problem new staff member decided it didn't look right and I was denied after being told multiple times it'll get sorted out and I'll get back. So guess what you have served someone 6 times against your regulations based on my prior visit. I will not be back zen leaf or curaleaf will get my money both of which are higher quality stores.

Rude! Soon as I walked in there were two girls loudly talking about other employees in the lobby. I think that is super unprofessional and it gave me a bad vibe. The checkout process is kind of confusing. I was having a fibro flair that day and was a little foggy. The order taker was rude, I placed my order and walked back up bc I forgot something and she looked at me and sharply said "what!". That took me aback a little. So I got back up to pick up my order and added the battery I needed. I asked her if it would be annoying to add one more cartridge and she said " it would be annoying because you have to go check back in and wait and she said this very rudely and rolled her eyes. I told her this is my first time here i dont know the process and i felt quite embarrassed because she talked to me like i was stupid. So I'm already at the counter but she couldn't add anything. I just left left and they lost the money bc I wanted to buy more. I felt frustrated and embarrassed when I walked out those doors and I won't be back. The employee had pink hair and looked young. She could use some customer service skills. No one has ever been rude to me at zenleaf. This place may have a nice decor but their employee vibe dont match the aesthetic.

The cheapest vape available is the g elite and it runs $120.00. Seems alright but you’re better off saving your money and looking at other options.
You need a caregiver form to go in the dispensary with Patient. Your Uncle must call doctor's office who prescribed his card and ask for a caregiver to be added to account. Then caregiver will get email to add info such as date of birth, driver license info, and privacy form. It's easier than it sounds just the formalities. Otherwise, only the patient with card can enter the dispensary and you will have to wait in lobby. You will enter front door upon arrival, but the patient leaves out of another door that does not return to lobby once purchased. You don't need an appointment they are open Tues-Fri 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays Noon to 6pm. Make sure you are there by 5:30pm they will not see you 10 minutes before closing. My best advice is to call first. They do run out of a lot of the prime products earlier in the day and you don't want to get there and find out that they don't have what you want. I've heard that the dispenseries should be better stocked by the end of March and fully stocked by September. Be patient, it's happening!

You have a certain amount you can purchase in 90 days. Normally 90 days worth... Tier 1 is equal to one day and Tier 2 is equal to two days. So if you buy 5 Tier 2 and 3 Tier 1 you've used 13 days worth. The front counter at each dispensary can tell you how many days you have remaining, and you can also log into the ohio medical marijuanasite, where you registered for your card, and see the purchased and remaining days.

I was told that more products by the end of March, and all dispenseries will be fully stocked, ready to go and running smoothly by September. Call ahead too, if you have to drive an hour or more, only to find out that they are out of stock of what you want and you wind up buying something new that doesn't help with your specific needs.

A business won't list their prices here. I already been there and their pens are not over priced, they are the same prices as can find online. The only reason why I bought my pax3 online instead of at the dispensary was because of credit card points. Everything is cash only at any dispensary as no credit card companies at this time will do business through cannabis. Please note they dont sell the cheap pens that will break every month, they only sell the high end vape pens. I wanted a quality pen and it came with a ten year warranty, I just bought it online for the same price because I could use my credit card and earn rewards rather than pay cash and get no bonus. If you want a cheap vape pen you can find those anywhere, Ebay, online, vape shops.
