How does a person get info regarding their refund besides “processing” our taxes were e-filed in February and I still do not have refund. Every single phone number goes back to automated system that tells me “processing “

I'm not saying I dislike the IRS, but how can the second stimulus be applied to the 2020 year, when it was issued after 1/1/2021. Makes no sense what so ever. Also I filed my taxes in Feb and am now just getting my refund.
