I thought this was the best move for me as I always wanted to do in the construction. But little did I know I was going to be given the run around and sent to a wrong address on my first day, was late for the briefing, was late for the orientation of McCarthy, and then not even assigned a job. Was left at the office with no one to report to or anything. To the point that the lead company felt so bad that they called the foreman and told him that they sent me home with pay for the day. But wait it gets better. I never actually got paid. I was left with pure embarrassment, and a loss of wages. I’m glad I never spent another day or second with this company. So to all coming in, be aware of your hours, and pay. Then they had the audacity to call me to see if I was still looking for work. 🤦🏼‍♂️
