Dont move here, management is a joke and couldn’t care less. All the owners want is as much money as they can pump out from here. They have the minimum amount of workers they could have and stretch them thin as spaghetti to do the most work beyond humanly possible sometimes. Some tenants are utterly disgusting and self-centered. They leave garbage in halls and wherever they please then complain about flies, mice, and roaches everywhere. Shouldn’t management do something about that?? Also dont even think about owning a car here. Parking is too crowded and they dont have enough spots. They are so crazy about people parking with the sticker but let people without them park in areas they should. People have abandoned cars all around and nothing is done about them because they have a “sticker” that someone just made a simple copy of and stuck on the windshield.

Under new management! The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Especially Tonio, hardest working man in Cunningham. Always happy when I call maintenance and get Jenna, Jason or John! Hector knows alot about these apts, he's been around since I got here. Best maintenance staff in the world! I have been here for 30 years and NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HEAT OR HOT WATER!

The owner Jeff is very nasty and rude. He only wants to have city employees or patients who receive a city check at this housing property. I inquired as far as why I wasn’t approved for an apartment and he was very nasty and degrading trying to come up with multiple reasons as to why I wasn’t approved. Very disgusting and trash of a person and I highly wouldn’t recommend. He even hung up after he couldn’t take the factual evidence I had to prove he discriminated against me for the apartment. Do not move here ! They overcharge on the apartments and after finding out and trying to see why the price was way higher than what I was told by a person who referred me, he personally tried to sabotage my application.
