They never let anyone in I've left messages for a bed numerous times no one ever gets back to you they don't even let the homeless come in right now to eat they gave me food yesterday and made me eat outside in the freezing cold while it was snowing thanks for that

I worked at the women's shelter for a couple years and what I experienced was not professional. You have workers there who were unqualified yet kept because they informed management of everything from clients behavior and what they didn't like about staff. Management was very unfair to staff and always believed clients over their staff. RC's and Management were stealing donations that were to be given to clients. Food donations were also being taken home by staff. I noticed much favoritism there by the director and supervisor. Every lower staff was on edge not knowing when they were going to be forced. Very unfair work place. Wouldn't encourage anyone to work there. Lisa Sargeant, Annette Slaughter and Eyonne were always interested in pleasing each other, never was ot about staff. After my departure they fired 5 staff members. Terrible working environment if you truly cared about the residents. Stuart has and wants his hands in everything except his own company and the residents they are supposed to be serving. No

By far the best place to stay in the whole city of Buffalo if you have no place to call home. They provide clean clothes, warm beds, great food, and an extremely caring staff.

Stayed there about a week or so came back one night saw there was no blankets on my bed. When i politely asked for one i was told to leave & they mentioned something about a letter i needed to have which they never told me about in my intake. Furthermore i was suppose to be seen by a caseworker there according to my intake worker but that never happen for some reason. I made them call police so i would have a place to stay & gave officers no problem as my case was dismissed the next day by a judge.

The only thing they will allow you to do is call there and leave a message for him, or leave a message with Chaplain Robinson for him. If Marcos is there he will receive message.
