For the past year in Syracuse, I frequently went to Han’s to buy my groceries. They do have some good products that I like. However, the last time I went there the cashier gave out free items to the two customers in front of me. She told each of them that they were giving out a free product to customers who spent over $10 because they received an excess from their supplier. When we finished paying well over $10, the cashier did not offer anything and proceeded to chat with the next customer. I don’t expect free products, but I feel like we should be treated equally. That was and will be my last time shopping with them.
