You need a caregiver form to go in the dispensary with Patient. Your Uncle must call doctor's office who prescribed his card and ask for a caregiver to be added to account. Then caregiver will get email to add info such as date of birth, driver license info, and privacy form. It's easier than it sounds just the formalities. Otherwise, only the patient with card can enter the dispensary and you will have to wait in lobby. You will enter front door upon arrival, but the patient leaves out of another door that does not return to lobby once purchased. You don't need an appointment they are open Tues-Fri 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays Noon to 6pm. Make sure you are there by 5:30pm they will not see you 10 minutes before closing.
