Always comfortable and clean; don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside may seem a little dated but the inside is completely renovated and modern. Comfy pillows, decent beds (a little squishy!) and beautiful walk-in shower. Totally recommend for a reasonably priced East Twin Cities hotel. Close to everything!

Nothing special about this hotel at all. The cookies have nuts. No options for without. I guess food allergies don't exist? No outside seating besides two benches that have cigarette butts surrounding them. Staff is hit and miss on being rude or competent. Elevators are terrifying. Slow, don't run well, very loud. Stayed for 18 days and still don't know where a working ice machine is. They supposedly service your room every 4 days. It took them 7 days the first time, then it was like pulling teeth to get them to do it again after that. Housekeeping is loud in the halls every morning talking on their phone. There's better out there. Skip this one.

This location is right off the highway and is very close to almost everything so location was 100%! We checked in around 2:30pm and Jaween was seriously the best person to greet us and check us in. He even offered us free cookies with a great personality. I hope that this hotel never loses him because he was such a pleasure. The King suite option was nice and very roomy. Bed was very comfortable and the view was of the highway but you didn’t hear anything from the outside at all! With that said, you could hear your neighbors talking and what they were watching, lol. Cleanliness can definitely be worked on! There were stains on our cabinet doors to the microwave and fridge. There were stains on the walls and paintings. It made me question everything else that we couldn’t see! Shower water temperature was not hot at all! It was in between lukewarm and hot, which is not comfortable at all! This is the first hotel that I’ve had this experience with because the water is either really hot or really cold but this place was a big miss with that. Other than that, it felt safe and I enjoyed my stay. If it wasn’t for those two major things, it wound easily been a 5/5 experience. I would stay again.

I am a Hilton Honors member and made a reservation at this location for one night being in town for work. I had stayed here multiple times before because of its location and I liked the rooms. I was asked to show the card I planned on using to pay for the room(the same card I used to make the reservation) and was told that they could not accept it. I explained to the gentleman at the front counter that it was a business card that I use while traveling and have used it at this location before as recently as the week before. He said that was irrelevant and he couldn't do anything to help. I was quite furious when I left. Especially because it was 1030 at night and I was exhausted. I got to my vehicle, cancelled my reservation and made another one at the Hampton Inn 5 minutes down the road and didn't have any issues paying with the same card that was turned down earlier. I don't ever plan on recommending this location to anyone nor do I plan on staying here again. Thank you.
