Affordable price, very , great location. The room are good size, you even have Keurig Coffee machine, small microwave and small fridge. Overall was it a good stay. The only thing I did not like was we need it to pay for parking $6 a day.

I stayed here about a month ago in March 2022 when Elton John was playing at the Xcel Energy Center across the street. The location of the hotel for that was absolutely perfect. It was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it for the convenience. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all really helpful and polite as well. I actually had to call them after I got home (out of state), because I had forgotten my good pair of headphones in my room. I was sure I'd never see them again, that they'd be gone forever. However, the staff were able to find them and mail them back to me. I would 100% stay here again if I was going to attend an event there across the street.

We booked this hotel as it was directly opposite of the Xcel Energy Center where we were attending a concert. Given that everyone else was doing the same thing, there were many people checking in when we arrived. Staff were great at check-in and check-out. The rooms looked to have been recently renovated and were comfortable and clean. Much to our amazement the room was very quiet given its location abbove and along a busy street. We never heard traffic or people and had a good night's sleep. It was also located near numerous bars and restaurants, even though a restaurant was also onsite. The hotel exceeded my expectations as I had read mixed reviews.

Stayed here because my friend and I had tickets to the Wild (rescheduled from Dec), and Excel is right across the street. They did not find my reservation, but that turned out to be a small blip on that night. I ended up puking my guts out about 3 hours before game time, a 24 hour bug that forced us to watch the game on TV in our room. The room was so nice, clean and comfortable that neither of us had a problem with that. PS...The people who would have been sitting in front of me at the game dodged a huge bullet and are completely oblivious to it.
