I've used various Tires Plus locations for years but this last weekend I needed help in a hurry due to a kitten who decided to hide in my vehicle. Tires Plus and specifically Dan stepped up to the plate, staying late, to save the kitten from its poor choice of hiding spots.

HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I booked an appointment online for a certain type of tire and when I called them the day before my appointment they informed me they didn’t have the tire that I plan on getting. The guy sat on the phone and insisted I get a different tire of course I am a female so I fell for it. The customer service was horrible when I got my vehicle back from them installing my tires they were DIRTY, I asked if the tires were old that’s how dirty they were. The guy told me no the tires were not old and it was lube from the install after I spent almost $1200 they could have at least clean them or something. I just would not recommend this place especially if you are spending how much I spent go somewhere else this place is not worth it and very unprofessional.

Do your homework before you go to tires plus and get an out the door price. They will try to tack on many fees to your bill which you have not agreed to. They prey on women especially: Oh it's not safe for your family, blah blah blah. Go to Pep Boys, Discount Tire, Firestone. You will find much more honest people. Tires plus is a bunch of old school scam artists.

Great place for oil changes. Easy and quick to book appointmets and they have never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. If they see something that needs to be fixed they will call with a price and fix it during the oil change. Their prices seemed pretty good as well.
