Very strange convention area. Split onto three floors with very poor signage. My guest room heat/air conditioning did not work. Bath tub was super slippery and had only one small handhold. Hand soap was excellent but only the size of a silver dollar. No soap for the bathtub. I did not think this was a first class hotel.

Our stay at this Hotel was wonderful, the room was great, the staff was professional and courteous, and the restaurant was great. The one exception that we had was the business center. I have never before seen a hotel charge for using the business center. It was an outrageous $15.95 a quarter hour. We needed to print a document but were unable to printer work and were charged for our attempts. When we tried to contact the hotel for a refund for the poor usability of the business center we were informed that they couldn't refund the business center charges. They could put them on the bill but not take them off.

Great location on the river with exceptionally friendly staff. The river views were very nice but the hotel interior was dark, very tired and in need of updating. Other than the desk chair there was no other seating in the room. When I informed the staff that our room had no chair they though it was odd that there was none and told us that they would look into it. We never got the chair. The hotel parking garage was an adventure. The ceilings in the garage were so low that they did not allow vehicles over 5'9" to enter. The lighting in the garage was terrible. I felt like we were parking in a cave. Next time in the area I think we will try another hotel.

Great rooms, comfortable and well appointed. We upgraded and had a beautiful view of the Mississippi. Daily breakfast was worth it. They have a nice lobby, hallways and parking are very industrial. Service was excellent during the day. One night I was treated rudely when asking for a corkscrew? Could've been 5 stars but the poor night service bothered me. I will still go back, well worth another try.

.4 miles. 10 minute walk
I believe you'll have to find a parking spot on s street close by! I don't think they have any public parking there!? It's valet and think it's $19 for half a day and $29 for overnight
The property opened as a Hilton from 1966-1976. Radisson from 1976 - 2006. Crowne Plaza from 2006-2015. Intercontinental 2015 - Present. Enjoy this history class!

No free breakfast at this hotel.
We do have a parking ramp! It fits vehicles under 5'9. Large trucks will not fit. We recommend parking larger vehicles in the ramp next door, the Capital City Ramp.
