Save your money, do not stay here. Worst hotel experience of our lives. Awful parking conditions Hotel gave my room to somebody else, that person signed a piece of paper with my name and personal info on it. Gave us keys to an occupied room By the time we got our actual room it had non working lights, stains on floor and the tv was still on. Incredibly noisy patrons who kept us up at all hours Very uncomfortable experience. I was afraid to leave my girlfriend alone in the hotel room. Didn’t bother with talking to management the next morning because nobody was behind the front desk and there was a line of 10 people. Contacted corporate about a refund, was told to wait 2-5 days. Called a week later and was told by corporate that the hotel hadn’t responded to their ticket. Was told to wait a little bit longer. Tried to call all day today to speak to the manager and all I got was “Call back in 20”, “I just missed her, give us your name and number and we’ll call you back”. Finally after a few hours I called again and was told “She (manager) just went home”. Was obviously stonewalled and lied to and finally after all of this, was told by corporate that “no refund was issued since the graffiti in the parking lot was cleaned up”. Again, do not stay here. They don’t care about you, just your money.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay here. Not a good pick for the money, and we wouldn't recommend to anyone. We pulled up and it almost looked abandoned. Checked in, and the room we were given had several issues: A/C didn't work so room was 78-82 degrees the entire stay. Sink faucet was broken and if not monitoring our kids use of it very carefully could've resulted in terrible burns. Iron didn't work (but they did replace for us). The detached parking garage was very dark, there was trash and broken glass everywhere so looked like cars had been broken into. Lots of loitering/drinking in the parking lot too which was creepy when walking in at night. Appears employees and their boyfriends are staying there? Quite a few of the rooms had the doors propped open (not being cleaned, just unoccupied and propped open by the hinge lock) which we found odd as anyone could go into those rooms (?).

The hotel is old and outdated. It is also not very clean. There is beautiful carpet in the halls and stairs that is not vacuumed. The hard floors in the lobby area are dirty. The breakfast was the same bland scrambled eggs and greasy sausage every day with carbs, carbs, sugar carbs…. The whole building has a general feeling of neglect. Most of the staff was inattentive; frequently on their sell phones and unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Our room was clean. It was small and expensive for the area. Overall quite a gloomy place.

Parking Lot: Seems clean. But the parking garage look like it's been through an hurricane and seems creepy. Room 213: The room window face towards the dining area would like it if the window could be open to vent the heat. When taking a shower the whole room gets humid. Set the thermostate to 65 to cool the room but don't seem like it works. Had go and buy a fan the next day just to keep the room cool. Curtains don't close all the way had to use my GF's hair clip to keep the curtains closed and keep the lights out. The one switch next to the door don't seem to be doing anything. Was it supposed to turn on the lights? If it is then, It don't seems to work. Things that need to be done to make it better. The room should have an AC unit. A working window that can open. Even if it is on the inside. Fix that switch for whatever reason it supposed to be doing. Clean/tidy the parking garage.
