Hi, Nathan! As the food bank, we primarily distribute food to local food pantries and other agencies. To find the local pantry that is closest to you, visit tafb.org/find-food. However, if you need emergency assistance today, we do have some kits available here. Please note that our offices are open 8:30-5 Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 to 3:30 on Friday. Our hours are not 7:00 to 6:00! Give us a call at 817-857-7100 if you have any further questions.
Call directly to Tarrant Area Food Bank, and they will advise you of the closest pantry to your present location.
Hi Ava! Charles actually had what was closest to the correct answer. At the food bank, our main responsibility is to help supply our local pantries and partner agencies with food to give to those who need it. While we do not make home deliveries, Charles was correct in saying that one of our partner pantries may. Tell your brother to go to https://tafb.org/find-food/ to find the pantry that is closest to him!

They also host school and community based pantries. It's best to call them they're located downtown near Land Rover,Audi dealerships in FW.
Tarrant Area Food Bank supplies food to neighborhood food pantries. They do not serve individuals. To find a food pantry in your area, contact your church office or a nearby church. I don't know of any food pantries in my community that delivers, but explain your situation and someone might be able to help you.
Go to the tarrant area food bank off 2700 Cullen street and they will be able to direct you to all others that will be able to assist you with some of your needs.
Yes.
What is your zip code? I can point you to where to go.
Sometimes. You would have to go in or call and ask if they have any available or else look in the website for some of their partner agencies that distribute food and ask if the agency has any.
Yes
Went and did some group volunteer work today. They have the nicest and caring people working for them. They told us all to post there page so people in need and go get food or volunteer if they wanted to. Cant wait to do this again! Pleasant experience!
Our food bank doesn't deliver to exact addresses, however meals on wheels and catholic charities deliver to your door. We do however have food drives and food trucks that organize for specific zip codes for you to come pick up.
How do I get ahold of food banks that deliver. I have a scooter I could go up to 10 miles from 76117. Thank you
This food bank is a distribution center to several shelters and local agencies. To receive information on where you need to go to receive food, I would suggest visiting our website and giving us a call and we will be more than happy to help.

Due to the weather a lot of the food preparations and give outs were cancelled or had time changes I would call the food bank and ask is there any other options for you.
Something to show your current residence
There is plenty of space for parking. They should have a crew working there and you cancel in with them.
Hi Haley! Typically when you pick up food from one of our mobile pantries, they will ask for some form of ID, but they should not deny you food if you are unable to provide it. Hope this helps!

They generally do have fresh fruits and vegetables, as all of the various food pantries can place their orders directly. It would be helpful to you, as well as them, if you were to give them a direct call on the availability of foodstuffs. Diapers are also there in various sizes, they get distributed very rapidly as the need for them is great. There again, call them so they will be able to check their stock to see if they have the size you need. I am certain that they would assist you in anyway they can, and perhaps they would have a pantry closer to wherever your location is. Do not hesitate to ask them, they are always there to help anyone in need.
You have to find a distribution center in your area
Ipm
