This review is only for ALORIN HARRIS. I do not know any of the other staff and this will not pertain to them. I saw Alorin this year for several sessions until September. In early November I called the main office asking for the date of my next appointment. It had been 1.5 months since our last meeting and I did not have an appointment card and nothing was entered into my phone calendar. I had always entered our next appointment into my phone after every session. This time I had nothing. Life gets busy and I was trying to figure out if we had even made an appointment or not. The receptionist told me I had NO APPOINTMENT at all, and said that I could make one via Alorin's voicemail. I chose not to make a new appointment as I had been deciding to quit seeing Alorin altogether. Mid-November I received a text from a new number - it is Alorin saying we had an appointment that day. I explained the situation to her: how the receptionist confirmed I did not have one. Alorin said the receptionist doesn't have her (Alorin's) schedule. This was surprising, since the receptionist has checked me in every time and one must have a schedule to do so. But anyways, that's what Alorin said. She asked what I wanted to do, and I said I didn't want to make any more appointments. She said ok and I thought was the end of it. No ill will between therapist and former client. Fast forward to this week where I receive a bill for a missed appointment...that I was told I never had. I message Alorin once again with the situation. She sends me a screenshot of the form I signed back in April stating that all missed appointments are subject to a fee unless notified within 24 hours. Earlier this year I had to miss an appointment due to inclement weather. I called the office from my car 5 minutes before my appointment and was patched through to Alorin who rescheduled also waived the fee. At that time I was prepared to pay for the fee and even asked about it, but since Alorin did not charge me I was surprised and grateful. Currently she is charging me for something that was not my fault, even after I explained the situation. Alorin and I had a good relationship up until the missed ghost appointment. She had always been nice and receptive. If the receptionist had told me I had an appointment, I would have cancelled it. Since I was told I had no appointment, there is nothing to cancel. There is nothing to attend. Alorin claimed that she gave me her cell at our first meeting but she did not, or I would have messaged her through it. Why did she waive the late fee previously, when I actually missed my meeting, but charges me for a meeting I was told didn't exist? I will no longer schedule any appoints with Alorin or Psychotherapy Services. It is strange to hear that the receptionist does not know the schedule. It is also disheartening to see that Alorin chooses to bend or break the policy and enforce the rules only when she wants. I do not recommend scheduling with Alorin. Perhaps the other doctors/therapists wish to foster better relationships with their clients.

I'm reviewing this place because in my search for a new therapist I called about 5 places before this one and they were all booked up and pretty rude about it. When I spoke to the woman at Psyvotherapy Services LLC, I was informed they did not accept my insurance BUT the woman was so polite and took the time to find put what services I was specifically looking for and then pointed me in the right direction. My anxiety was quickly rising with each rude phone call and this office that I am not even a patient of took the time to be gentle and helpful to me. I can't say enough how this small thing was so helpful. The friend that told me to call them as I stood in front of her stressed and frazzled, absolutely loves the staff and now I can see why.

Love Debra. She has always been very helpful. Always able to get an appointment somehow, even if it’s crazy I get penciled in somewhere. I swear she adds hours to her day to do so.

Have been a patient for years! Thankful for their services. They are very welcoming and professional. Receptionist is friendly, billing department is easy to work with, and the therapists are awesome!
