Access Services has a consolidated selection of library books including new releases. The focus of Access Services is to make the collection accessible for those with disabilities. It has great options for those. This is located in the Government Center on floor 1 (downstairs from the main entrance). While it would be nice if there was more space to browse, you can request any book from the library system to be picked up at this location. It's the closest option for me so I use it this way. The book pick-up location is right by the check-out counter, so no hunting for your book. The team is helpful and can also set you up with a library card. There is plenty of free parking in front of the Government Center. You can also read any books you check out in quiet areas around the building. It is not George Mason University Library.

Hameed Salah

This is not George Mason Regional Library (an awesome public library that usually opens at 10am and is located at 7001 Little River Turnpike). Although I have not visited it myself, this is some other place unrelated to GMR library. Most of the reviews and pictures don't apply to this location.

George Mason Regional Library Correct Hours as of 1/20/2018: Mon-Thu 10am - 9pm Fri 10am - 6pm Sat 10am - 5pm Su 1pm - 5pm Good place to get some work done. Gets busy late afternoon with some talkers in the quiet section but mornings are nice. Spacious, overall clean (bathroom could use some more TLC on most days), good selection of material.
