Keven is the sales manager of this company, and I trust him a lot. I bought my CRv here and came in for every maintenance. He will confirm with the customer in advance. I just bought the original parts here at a reasonable price and good quality. A lot of car dealerships get a bad rap, but I'm really happy here. They don't make false claims, and they don't have to worry about getting scammed when they buy parts.

A local tire store created an issue with our accord wheel studs. I asked local parts stores and a repair shop for help finding exact wheel lugs and they were not able to help. Frank in the Metro Honda parts department was able to quickly take care of my issue. He had provided great customer service. Thank you Frank !

I went here yesterday with my parents to pick up my first car (2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport) and it was such a nice experience. When you go there, I recommend working with the fleet manager Jimmy! He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire time and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. He even made sure we got a great deal! I can't forget to mention the fact he was extremely funny (and he was a leo like me lol) and cracked me and my family up. I didn't feel cheated or rushed during the process and he made sure we were satisfied with the car. Once we went to finance, we got help from Peter who was very funny as well and made sure to explain to us everything we were signing and what it meant. These two really made the car buying process less stressful and more fun. I couldn't be more thankful for their help!

I went in to get my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation on 8/11/21. Last night, 8/22/21 the entire side wall of one of my tires blew out. Not even 2 weeks later. On the inspection report it was written that my tires were still in new condition. So why did my tire blowout? It wasn’t a regular flat and it wasn’t a worn out tire. There was nothing in the road that caused it to be “flat”(nail, piece of metal). I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of their so-called “inspections” this could have been prevented if an inspection was done correctly. Edit: they claimed it was a nail in my tire. It doesn’t add up considering my side wall blew out and it wasn’t the tread. Take responsibility Honda. Do better.

Yeah I think you'll get first free oil change there. All you need to do is call them to make an appointment and tell them that it is your first oil change after you bought the car there
