They left an alarm on my clothes, I had to go back to get it removed. The cashier sent me to the hollister in the same mall and hollister didn't remove it , and it was too much hassle. I ended up returning the shirt not worth it, bad service.

What I like about them is that if there's something you can't find in store you can always go to their website and they have a pretty good donation program in that if you donate your gently used clothing that eno longer wear them you get a card that's worth 15% off your next purchase.
