Hot topic has straight from the niche and authentic roots I used to be able to go to the store and find good quality alternative clothing and accessories it's not the employee's fault it's the company's fault and they always seem to be out of a lot of clothing they need to keep up more with the stock might as well just order online there's no point in going to the store if they never have anything you want

Everything was clean and well organized. Price and sales were clearly posted. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the door with a smile. There was so much cool stuff to look at. Some items had been sold out in my size, but staff helped us make a purchase and exchange online. I got Christmas gifts for just about all the kids in my life, my husband and myself. I am quite pleased.

Had the worst experience here at the Montclair Hot Topic. I waited in line at 6 am for a new release only to get kicked out by the manager because apparently someone accused me of leaving the line even though the surrounding people confirmed I was there. On top of that someone else got sent to the end on the line for using the restroom. I am very displeased with this stores management and store manager. I will no longer be supporting this Hot Topic even though I have been shopping here for many years.

Hot Topic is our favorite store my kids are Hot Topic lovers my son is 20 years old and my daughter is 14 and this is where they love to shop
