They don't train there employees very good I called up there to see if they would still take a engine warranty they told me yes I drove 2.5 hours on 4.49 a gallon on gas and 2.5 hours back for nothing cause they can't get there ahit straight and tell you the truth to many chiefs not enough Indians that's what happens when companies get to big

After a good experience finding a part for my car here last week, a very disappointing experience today. Drove 1.5 hours this morning to Binghamton location to pick up a part that was ordered from another Fenix Parts location. Confirmed part # multiple times over the phone before placing order. I arrived at 8:00 AM and they had an incorrect part waiting for me. A big waste of time!

Everyone working here was so nice and patient! They go above and beyond for their customers if only more establishments had this type of customer service ethic! I Needed to exchange a rim five minutes to closing and they stayed open for me to able do so. Jennifer was the sweetest.

I'm just a local guide so I have no idea what they charge you have to give them a call. But a used alternator in a new alternator I think I'd rather go with a new alternator than a used one you never know how long it's going to last and I'll bet you the price difference isn't that much
