Wonderful selection of quality flowers and the absolute sweetest staff

Have given this store their last shot. Poor customer service and won’t stand behind their product. Last year, a person on the phone was incredibly rude when I called to ask some simple questions about an order i was making. Figured I would give them another shot because everyone has off days. I also wanted to support local rather than a big box store. I bought annual plants 2 weeks ago. Within 5 days, 1 of the 6 plants died. I took a picture but was busy with a newborn and couldn’t get around to calling until this week (on 2 week mark). I asked them about exchanging the plant. The person on the phone was not helpful and only told me that they would not replace the plant. My only option was to come buy a new one. I explained that I had a time stamped photo of it dead at less than 1 week and was given the same (unacceptable) solution. Definitely will not be returning and not be supporting this business. So disenchanted that I am willing to drive an extra 20 min to a competitor.

Good selection of garden plants and planting supplies; excellent staff.

Nice people working there, hence my not giving 1 star. We’ve had multiple issues of purchasing products from them that are infested with various pests. We bought a palm plant from them, to then find out it was infested with spider mites (to this day we haven’t been able to get rid of them, and have isolated our palm plant). We also bought compost from them on a separate occasion, to then find out (the hard way) that it was infested with fungus gnats. Our veggies withered because these gnats ate all the roots. I don’t recommend purchasing any plant products from this store, as they seem to have pest problems.

Yes, they are a well established and trusted garden center and florist. Call first to ask what is in stock. Many seasonal items go fast ⏩⏩

Probably just throw them away. If there is a landfill or recycling center around that takes yard waste you can take them there as well.
Hi, I would recommend doing it while its dormant. If you can't wait till then, try cutting back as much as possible at least half way down the stems or more. This will help it from drying out and going into more shock.
