The Employees are nice. No long lines and fast transactions. Trecia is the most friendly and accommodating employee I’ve met there, she assisted me with my passport application, we had a few talks and she’s really nice, she even apologized for not getting a photograph of mine for my passport because it is not working that day (which is i totally understand and it’s not her fault)

A woman named Trecia helped us with our passport documentation for my daughter and wife. She was extremely helpful and kind, and patient with our toddler. Easily the best experience I've ever had with a government employee. Thank you for making a stressful experience, less so.

You can renew through the mail as long as you have a current passport. Don't need to go to the post office. Photo at CVS, application available on line.
Yes you can for a fee. Don't know what the fee is but call 301 949 2863 and they will tell you.
