I've been going here for years, moreso (because they were cheap and I was broke than because they were a good office) but ever since the pandemic they have completely fallen apart. It's impossible to get on the phone to make an appointment or pick up meds. If you ask the vet to call you back to discuss test results expect to just never hear back at all even if you call to remind them multiple times. Joanne the receptionist is incredibly rude and cold, and most of the doctors are over worked and not doing their job (missing things, not ordering tests, not checking back in with patients). Would never go back.

We had 2, four week old kittens we found abandoned on side of the road. We tried other animal hospitals that wanted us to wait 6hrs before they could be seen and $600. We desided to go to this place and they welcomed us without an appointment and the wait time was 45 minutes, granted we got there when they just opened. As for the cost was $154 dollars far far less then the other places. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional.

The staff is super nice, the wellness plan is a lifesaver it includes a lot of awesome stuff like vaccines, discounts on meds and tests. Fees are reasonable and the dog pool is a great perk. They offer emergency services and open 7 days.

I wish I could give Dr Daria Rebbecchi 1000 stars. She was so patient with my over-anxious dog and took the time to answer all my questions, which I’ve found some other vets (and people doctors!) tend to rush through. Everyone was so kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I’m moving an hour away next month and wont even consider looking for a closer vet…we’ll take the drive 🥰

Reasonable and caring♥️‼️ They answered our first call!! Our visits have been very wonderful experiences and will be going there for all our pets care‼️ Pleasant, excellent knowledge, everyone made us feel comfortable ♥️‼️
This hospital wad great. Very ckean, professional and courteous. My dog had the same issue and eas allergic to the bites. Thet prescribed medication for that and also the fkeas. Three weeks later he is a happy Shepherd
It does depend on how much work has to be done
They are horrible to call. Their phone system is so terrible you can't even leave a message, you have to call back later and maybe after 5 or 6 times calling you may actually talk to someone. It's irritating as hell
today is 8/5/21 I am having the same issue, the vm comes on and says "We on all other lines call back. I've been calling back for two days straight this is not a way to run a business!
I don't think so but call them
Dr. Lawrence and staff will take care of your dog and find out exactly what's going on with with it they all little pricey but it's worth the money at least when you leave that you would know exactly what's going on and what you will have to do
