Dr Cohen, Dr. Newth and the rest of the staff were great with my dog every time I've been there. They make my dog and I feel very comfortable

My cat recently became afraid of the vet and has had nothing but a bad time at Fishtown animal hospital... I've given them many chances. They don't listen, are very condescending, and don't believe me, they always take him away from us, never allowed us to be with him, they say they will do certain things and reassure me then I come in and they don't. My cat became afraid of the vet because of them and the owner gaslit me and tried to tell me he was always that way when he wasn't. Dr. Cohn is extremely condescending, rude, and not compassionate at all. I'm thankful to have found a vet that actually listens and cares, I did not find that here.

The staff here is so kind and I feel like they actually care about my kitty! They always check in after a visit and are so helpful when you call with a question. My cat had some bladder issues and I had no clue what to do but when I called the person a I spoke to gave me emergency vet recommendations and emailed me the following day to see if my boy was ok.

We do submit claims to insurance, the visits are generally paid by the client in full and then the visit would be submitted to the insurance company the client has for their reimbursement - all reimbursements are dependent upon the insurance plan the pet has, which would be best discussed with the company.
When i went for an annual exam it was 55. If you get vaccinations they are about 30 each.
