DO NOT LIVE HERE. Most all advertised amenities do not work. Washers leave cloths sopping wet and dryers do not dry even after multiple runs. Renovations that are also advertised have been directly applied to the front office and a few apartments. The landowners do not care about your wellbeing and exist solely to take your money. On top of everything, my apartment somehow got bedbugs, and the landlords made me pay for the service ($350) to get rid of them out of my own pocket. Truly a terrible place to live.

This apartment complex has the most amazing staff, they work long hours, answer and return phone calls quickly, and are great at notifying you when you have a package. Rates stay the same as when you sign the contract. Maintenance is great and timely with repairs. This gated community is great and neighbors are friendly. Everyone watches out for one another and I love that!

I an my grands have been here a year and I can say that I have enjoyed it. The office staff is nice and courteous as well as understanding. Maintenance is always there when they say they are. A place for everyone. Check them out you'll be glad you did.

thieves plain and simple. I paid on time for three years. On time every month biking to work and back. After three years I needed to move back in with family so I turn in my notice they tell me they have a re-letting fee; I'm like alright makes sense. Now day of move out comes and they decide to add charges on top of that more than doubling the bill. Damage charges on a unit that has had mold in it since the day I moved in. That has water leaking every other week from the room used to be the laundry neighboring my unit into the hall and into my apartment. When we had a rat problem in the area(to the point that it was on the news) they said it was not their problem and I had to kill the thing myself. That had cracked windows and a broken heater. I refused to pay their obvious extortion and so they've sent me to collections. I was going to go ahead and try but they made a bill after I put some money down and it magically came to the number they gave me before I started paying them so I got out of that real quick. Aside from that. The laundry will often double charge you and they sometimes have trouble keeping the pools open if the city comes around. I've had the cops at my door multiple times investigating gun shots; One of my neighbors/co-workers in another building had the cops bust into someones door for dealing. I've also had to shoo off a drunk that tried to get in my unit saying it was his, he kept bothering the neighboring families so I literally had to walk him off property myself.(Luckily he wasn't an angry drunk) So gated doesn't really count for much.
