At Abundant Life Towers I & Il Senior Residential Buildings are inundated with mice. Mice roam from apartment to apartment in Abundant Life Towers II, where my senior relative resides. Management was made aware, but they get annoyed at the residents for complaining. Then they label the tenants who do complain as being difficut.

Very disappointed with my apartment home at Boston Crossing , the rental prices are increasing but the quality of the apartment is not. Would not recommend renting if the property is managed by wpm.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been trying to have this rotting wood replaced for over a year. Now it’s to the point where insects can get in. I’ve called, emailed and even gone to the office in person. When I went, the lady at the desk couldn’t help me and tells me she works in HR! She takes my information and I still have not heard from anyone. How come I’m paying an HOA fee and the exterior maintenance of the home isn’t even being maintained?! I asked a guy working on the roof next door about the rotting wood and he only spoke broken English and starts laughing.They pick and choose which homes to fix. My neighbor directly across has new siding, new posts, etc. All within the past few years, meanwhile my home looks like it’s falling apart from the outside, everything is original to the home from the 70’s! My porch also looks moldy! They also have an issue with mice, flies and roaches out here for the past 5yrs. Don’t be surprised if you see Terminex on the daily. They placed green dumpster since people were just placing trash on the ground, that didn’t help. Smdh….Unless you work for them, have money or know someone nothing will get done. The website says “responsive to customer needs”..Ha! Lies!!! I’ve been living in this home for over 20yrs and it’s sad the way they treat us. Smh. This used to be an enjoyable decent place to live but a home that is almost 50yrs old with no exterior upgrades is beyond ridiculous. Now let me wait for the automated response to call/email, which I’ve done numerous times. Smdh.

This company has zero credibility, from jump the two edomites that's in charge give me racist vibe , if you don't want black ppl working for you get out of business.. I mean the prove is in the productivity. You give your employee multiple location to fix but yet you can't fix your racist work preferences hmmmmmm , the world will slowly see your flaws just watch! Ok great, have you spoken with Yassmin yet? She would be able to give you more details on your specific lease, but the standard lease-break fee is 60 notice and two months' rent. If you can't fulfill the 60 day notice, Yassmin would definitely be the best person to talk to. Hope that was helpful!
