From the moment I walked into Encore Detailing's immaculate facility and was greeted by the friendly and helpful Miss Z, I had every confidence that having my car detailed for the first time there would be a good experience. And it certainly was! In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. From Frank patiently explaining the service options and specifics before giving me an estimate, to his going above and beyond on my basic full-service detail as well as some additional service requests, I could not have been more pleased. I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and driver Don, who was a pleasant guy with careful driving skills. Before picking up my car, I waited in the customer lounge area so Frank could be sure everything was perfect before bringing it around. This area was comfortable, tidy, beautifully theme-decorated, and offered complimentary beverages.Katie very kindly checked in on me several times to be sure I was comfortable.It's clear that the entire team here takes great pride in its work and makes every effort to satisfy its customers. I am enjoying my sparkling car, which really does look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Encore Detailing!
