Ok great, have you spoken with Yassmin yet? She would be able to give you more details on your specific lease, but the standard lease-break fee is 60 notice and two months' rent. If you can't fulfill the 60 day notice, Yassmin would definitely be the best person to talk to. Hope that was helpful!
