Went the week of Sept 16-Sept 23. The front desk lady wasn't friendly, or willing to answer questions that we had. But the rooms were nice, and clean. We had adjoining rooms with friends. They complained there room smelt musty. ( I didn't smell it. She went bought Lysol and sprayed her room.) We had the sweetest lady that cleaned our rooms. Super friendly and just a warm personality. They need to put vents or something in the elevators. They smell!! Are hot, and uncomfortable if you had to ride long. This was our second trip and we will be coming back. * the mini fridge froze everything, even after being turned down, the bathtub drain was very slow, and the safe did not work. They said it had just been sold and hopefully they will get these few things fixed and worked out. *

I was disappointed with the condition of the room. Needs renovations as dilapidated appearance

Located directly on "The Worlds most famous Beach" the El Caribe resort is the place to be. Just steps from your door the Atlantic Ocean awaits you. Or, choose from 3 swimming pools to refresh and relax you. Conveniently located across the street is the Winn Dixie grocery store. Also Metzs 2 bar and a post office. We did have a minor issue. Our hair dryer went out but was replaced in a matter of minutes. Out standing maintenance here. The grounds are kept in very good condition. This is a very attractive property from any angle. Housekeeping is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Front desk is top notch. I stayed in room 208. A great ocean front view. A great room. A great time.

Excellent value for money hotel right on Daytona Beach. Well situated for access to loads of shops and restaurants, as well as having gated access to one of the country's best beaches. The pools are excellent and the family room we stayed in was both very clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were all very pleasant, particularly on the front desk. My only negative is the breakfast offering. It's a grab and go (no seating) with pre packed bakery goods and yoghurts. Had I have known, I would have planned to eat breakfast elsewhere. However, it didn't really affect my overall view of the hotel, it would have just been nice to be warned that it is a very basic offering. I would definitely stay here if in Daytona Beach again.

You have to be 21 to get a room there and you need a ID and debit card when you arrive to check in.
Watch out for the roaches, they play hide n seek.
Yes, we have both ADA accessible with rails and a unit with a roll-in shower. Please call the hotel directly to ensure you receive the correct accommodations for your needs. 800-445-9889

No, there is not much in the way of food around the Daytona beach hotels. But there is a great BBQ joint near the convention center called Hog Heaven. It's delicious.
Crabby Joe's. Great food, service. Prices are not to bad
3pm but if you call the management they will work with you
I'm not sure, but I wouldn't get wrapped up into timeshare. If you really are interested, look on eBay for great deals. Just my opinion. I do hope that you find a great place on the beach to call your own!
I'm not sure what time but its not a hot breakfast and the muffin and bread they serve are stale usually. The only good thing is the yogurt. But the hotel is nice and comfortable
They have a side area for rv and trailers
