We went into the Daytona store to replace my broken I phone 6 which I loved and didn’t want to ungraded because of my limited abilities with setting up a new phone . Our salesman Robert Farina was awesome and had tremendous patience helping me with a new I phone 13 max pro. I could not have done it without him. Nesha walked over as I was walking through the door to great me, she was very knowledgeable about my issues and was able to quickly get them resolved. She and the other representative in the store are always very professional and polite when I go in.

Unfortunately my phone broke and required replacement, but thankfully Alex Wyatt at AT&T was able to patiently walk me through the process of purchasing a new phone and going through the insurance process. I will highly recommend speaking to Alex if you ever go to this AT&T location.
