I can't get a reply from this gym in regards to cancelling my membership. Due to health and mobility issues I am not able to go. I asked them to put my membership on hold for a few months while going to physical therapy but with no improvement I can't use the gym. As super responsive as they were when I signed up, I can't get ANY replies from them after I sent an email on 9/8/22 asking about how I can cancel my membership while not able to get there physically.

Generally well maintained and clean with friendly staff. Hours of operation are accommodating and not overcrowded on the weekends or early morning hours. The only complaint I would have would be the saunas, they generally do not get very hot and are never turned on by the staff during opening even though it has been requested. You would think this would be part of the opening practice.

Signed a year agreement here. At the end of the agreement, I asked to not renenw, and they said I didn't give them enough notice (9 days) and they're going to charge me an extra month, just because that's their policy.

We ask that all members sanitize equipment before and after use, in addition to our team sanitizing surfaces throughout the day. While we do not require masks, per the governor's mandate, we welcome those who feel more comfortable to do so. In addition, we also enforce social distancing in all of our group exercise classes.
