Rooms were filthy. Was able to move rooms,, but found the new one just as bad. Pull out mattresses were disgusting and had holes. Bathrooms, I had to do a full wipe-down, and disinfect everything. Carpet was high traffic wear and stained thoroughly. I was scared to have bare feet. Facility hallways and elevator smelled like Marijuana. Really suspect people hanging around outside late. Night staff support was great, they helped us with additional towels, pillows, and sheets. I wouldn't stay here again.

I stay frequently at the Dartmouth location and every stay I’m greeted by their amazing concierge V. She goes above and beyond the job to ensure guest have everything they need. She is very personable and professional. And the General manager Joe, is by far the most involved GM I have seen him sweeping the parking lot helping the staff with their task . You don’t see that everyday. You guys are the best!! Thanks for always making our stay worth the money .

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, breakfast was good and there was a variety of things to choose from. The girl at the front desk was very nice, told my kids she was making cookies and offered to turn the juice machine on for them if they wanted juice at all that night. Only thing that sucked was there was no mini fridge in the room. But other than that, it was good. I would definitely stay there again

Not worth the price paid!! I’m gonna start with the pros cuz there’s just a few: Breakfast- definitely worth it! Hot breakfast was pretty decent! Some of the staff were pleasant. Cons: Horrible, terrible service. Despite the fact that I clearly spoke to the reception before leaving in the morning that I’d want the room service to be done. And I even left the room service required tag on the doorknob. Well when my wife and I were in for a surprise in the evening. ROOM SERVICE WASN'T DONE. Upon asking at the reception we were given reasons. We requested for more towels, that’s the least they could do. Since We’d left all the towels on the floor for house keeping. And we were told that they were out of towels since their dryer broke down. HOW CAN SUCH A HUGE HOTEL RUN OUT OF TOWELS??? Nice way to ruin our 4th of July! I’ve been with best western for the last 5 years I guess it is time take a break and go with Marriott or Hilton.
