I recently worked with salesman associate Jon Mercado. He worked with me to get a fair trade for my 2018 jeep, and get into a new lease with a 2022 Trail Hawk. Its only been 3 days, but the vehicle is awesome, and Jon worked hard to get me the deal I wanted, and to make an equitable deal happen. Jon was straight forward, honest and did not try to pressure me, or waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't want or wasn't sure of. I would highly recommend speaking with Jon if searching for a new or used vehicle.

I had a terrible experience. These were the 3 main issues I experienced. Hopefully this review is valuable for the next person purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. 1. DON'T BE AFRAID TO WALK - We agreed to pay the sale price listed online by the dealer without negotiating with a down payment of 6k. They are so greedy, they had to nerve to try convincing me and my wife there was an additional 2k fee for used cars. After telling them NO, we won't negotiate from the sales price. It took us walking out the door before they apologized and waived the fee. The drive was an hour for us. Rude and disrespectful to treat your customers this way. 2. ASK IF THE CAR COMES WITH (2) KEYS - I assumed a 2018 Jeep would, but surprise after paperwork is signed and deal is done, you find out it doesn't. They told us the price is $100 for a spare. The key guy they referred me to, said they lied to me. Its best to get it in writing. The price we paid was $200. 3. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE THOROUGHLY - We found a razor blade in the back seat. I'm sure that was an accident, but thankfully we don't have small children. Kind of a careless mistake from a dealer who spams your inbox expecting good reviews. There were other things like the title being delayed and a failed inspection sticker, but you get the point. They don't work for you; they work for the dealer. Be smart and know your worth. They need your business more than you need their vehicles. Hope this helps.

Just bought my first real car a 2018 Kia Forte, that means something to me. I was incredibly Intimidated by the idea of going to an established big dealership like this and dealing with the old suit and tie salesman. My experience began via text with a lady named Hannah who was super responsive and helpful and got me in the door the same day. Then I met my sales rep Alex V. and he was just a normal guy who made me laugh and feel welcomed and not pressured, he was able to answer any questions I had and guided me in a direction with my decision that I am more than happy about. I really enjoyed my experience at Colonial South today thanks to Alex. I am also grateful to Ben for taking the amount of time he did to find me the best rate that was available for my credit rating. All in all I am super satisfied with my experience at Colonial South and would definitely recommend to others.

Let's face it... Shopping for a car is stressful! Thanks to Ben Fasano and his dad, Ben Sr., it wasn't so bad!! Professional, courteous and just a genuinely nice guy, Ben made the experience actually pleasant! My wife and I look forward to many years of doing business here. Thank you again!
