Carlos DaSilva was awesome he got me in and out with a new car within 2 hours. It helped that I was a previous customer but, he absolutely crushed it. He was very attentive, listened, and got the job done. Even got my registration and inspection done within 24 hours of purchase. Will definitely be purchasing more cars from here in the future!

Shawn & the service department were phenomenal. They got me in next morning after being worried about being out of warranty if I waited. Shawn communicated exactly what was being done and how long it would take. They also did additional services I needed While they had my vehicle. Was very happy with all they accomplished. Would highly recommend them and I even Drive further to use them.

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted many dealerships and we settled on Kia of Dartmouth because the offer we got was upfront and honest. Keith our sales provider was great! Communicated effectively, found the vehicle we were looking for, and did not pressure us for the sale. They gave me an honest trade in price for my vehicle and the process was smooth sailing. This dealership was 1 hour and 30 mins away from our home but it was worth it with the deal we obtained and the vehicle was in stock. We would recommend Kia of Dartmouth!

Found a car for sale here on the web... it was a great deal with super low miles. I recieved an email stating the car was available and I called 15 minutes later. The person on the phone said it showed available, then came back and said it was sold. I was bummed but asked if there were any other of the same model available. They said they would email me back and never did. We called the next day and made sure the car deal went through as we wanted this car and had cash ready. Again sadly it is sold... until I get an email the next day saying they are an internet sales manager and there is a lot of attention on this car and they can schedule me a test drive... I call and its sold.. sounds like a bait and switch car. Not cool at all. Avoid this dishonest institution.

Hi Diane, We do not personally tow vehicles, however if the vehicle is a Kia and under 5yrs or 60k miles you can call Kia Roadside which will tow the vehicle. The number there is 1-800-333-4542. Hope this helps! If you have any further questions feel free to call us at 508-999-2542

Why is it that we would have to come out of pocket for a vehicle that broke down for a recall. I don’t think that I should have to pay out of pocket to fix the vehicle that was damaged because of the recall. This is ridiculous
