Went to battleship with a couple bikes in mind, I was greeted my Lou and Kenny, all I can say is I will never purchase a bike or deal with anyone else but them. They made the experience of buying a bike easy and painless, they did everything in Theron power to make sure I left with the bike I want. If you want a bike head down and see them you will not be disappointed!!! I felt like family in there!

Winter storage. 2021-22. Washed my voyager and brought it down to then Minuteman Harley where I had stored my bike before. About 5 months later I go in to pick it up after calling a few days earlier and being assured it was ready for Saturday when I first called they were unable to find a record of my bike and told me they would call back in a few minutes. Well 3 hours later I called and the same guy I talked to earlier blamed it on “ the new guy” On Saturday It took a very long time to bring the bike around compared to the other people picking up. Finally after about 30-45 minutes the service man comes and says “ there bringing it around” no explanation about why it took so long. They bring it and I noticed it was dirty but didn’t say anything..just happy to see it. I rode home(5 miles) and parked it. I went into the house to get my gps and came back out and the bike was stone dead. I took voltage readings and it said 3.13 volts. I hooked up my charger and in about 16 hours charged the battery. Called the service manager to discuss and was told” it’s because you have a lot of lights” (all factory) t hen I explained it again I started to get “ as far as I know” to every question. Paid 325 dollars for basically nothing. Now the are under new management so I don’t know if the blame is on the previous management but after calling and explaining the situation a few times I deserved better than “ as far as I know” Update: the battery is no good after the charge. All indications point to no tender during the winter storage. An extra hundred bucks I hadnt planned on spending . Looking for a new storage facility for next year.

My boyfriend and I walked in not knowing what we wanted and walked out with a beautiful 2022 Street Bob, all thanks to Lou and Kenny! Lou was so patient with us and showed us all different styles of bikes while giving us great advice. He was very knowledgeable and honest making us feel very comfortable. Once we found the right bike, Kenny helped us with the financial aspect and got us right where we wanted to be monthly. They really made us feel apart of the harley family. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bike to look here first, you won’t be disappointed!! Ask for Lou or Kenny!!
