BUYER BEWARE!! Extremely disappointed in the customer service of the plumber sent to install our new stove. Came an hour late and didn't apologize. Disconnected my old stove and was on schedule to return later that day to install new stove being delivered. Since he wasn't able to make it back, we had to wait another business day. Given window of 10 am - 12 pm for arrival, again showed up late. Coming in at 1 pm and acting as though that is ok. I work in customer service and I would never be running an hour behind schedule and not inform my customer. It happened not once but twice, unacceptable! Especially given the fact he had my cell phone number and could of easier called or texted me to inform me of the delay in scheduling. Would not recommend!
