Shoe was out of stock, they charge a $7.99 shipping fee. I think it's a little rediculous to charge a shipping fee for an item that you have that's out of stock.

This store had such a wide variety of shoes for men, women & children. I didnt notice many great savings or sales, they had all the other typical selecion of products (socks, laces, purses, wallets, shoe care kits, insoles.) The store itself wasnt very busy, there wasnt a big line to cash out either. The staff wasnt very friendly but they were not awful either. As i was browsing, although there were associates on the floor, none of them asked if i needed help looking for anything or if i had any questions. Overall a good experience i just think the employees could have been a little more welcoming & attentive.

This is the third time I have tried to purchase shoes for my daughter at the Dartmouth location and they can never find the other to make a pair. Maybe having an adult or manage there might help. Last chance. Famous footwear is better.
