Not even a 1! After sitting for over 2 hours and my 8 yeat old son not even being seen by a doctor, we left. As we we're leaving one of the RUDE nurses said "bye bye" in a mean way. 8 year old Alice Hyde, an 8 year old who can't even depend on being seen in his local area. AHMC needs to be closed down or completely re-staffed including the board that would allow this!

Largely careless, unhelpful, invalidating, unprofessional, lazy and inadequate. Terrible treatment of the mentally ill and those with addiction issues- past or present. Pick and choose who to help and treat with dignity and respect. There are some nice nurses who really do a great job though. Unless it's an immediate emergency I'd recommend traveling to plattsburgh or Saranac Lake.

This hospital is disgusting blood on the floor, trash all around, the nurse never put glove on to and no one even washed they hands. If I could leave a zero I would.
