Selection is adequate. Location can’t be beat. Typical Asian market odors and oddities. Watch for out of date and partially thawed frozen items. If you’re Asian, you’ll be treated pretty well from what I’ve witnessed. Otherwise, staff sadly seems to hate their jobs and the majority of the people who shop there. It is what it is. I just shop for what I need, watch my receipts closely for accuracy and go about my day.

Their customer service is very bad. They sold me a case of expired vinegar, those vinegar has several moldy spots on it and the sealer on the bottle was already fell off, either this is a returned product from other customer or this product has been sitting in their storage room for years. The lady who works at the customer service counter is very RUDE, she acted like she is reluctant to talk to me and she just want me to leave as soon as possible. No smile, no apologies, NOTHING. A lot of those reviews were saying Park To Shop Market’s customer service is rude, this is so true. And this is NOT a cultural barrier thing, they are just RUDE.
