We ensure every person who enters our building has a recommended mask on, and if they do not own one, we have masks to give out. We also wrap each steering wheel and driver's seat, and before the car is returned to you we wipe down the exterior and interior handle of your door. Hi there Frankorjoan! Try unlocking and opening the door with the physical key (no key fob or keyless entry) and then use the panel on the inside of the door to unlock and relock the vehicle. That usually turns off the factory alarm if it's going off. Typically this is caused due to a battery dying, so it might be good to get it checked out in service!
