Their monthly statement of assets can be confusing. And sometimes customer service can be difficult to contact. But, today they were helpful and straightent out the confusion for me. As for the voice menu robot or the chat robot that is minus a star.

I have only had to work with this physical location twice, several years apart. Both times, they made my interactions super easy and painless and wanted to make sure that it was noted. I'm generally not great with this sort of thing, but they walked me through it and now I'm all set!

We've been attempting to execute my father's estate, and the Lynnwood location has been completely unresponsive. For months, we've been leaving voicemail that never get returned. We will be escalating our complaints to Fidelity's corporate leadership. We have lost our faith and trust in Fidelity to manage our accounts. This location is damaging Fidelity's stellar reputation.

I have entirely given up on this location. Customer service is non-existent. I spent well over 20 minutes on the phone and was never able to speak to a person. Terrible first and last impression. UPDATE: best I can tell this location is not open for business. With walk-ins not welcome and absolutely nobody answering their phones it would be a waste of anyone's time to visit this location. And certainly do not waste your time calling I just spent over an hour on hold and never did speak with a human. I will seek financial guidance from their competitors.
