As we walked in we were immediately greeted by Adrien who introduced us the Gary and he walked both of us through all the options and even recommended some styles that she never would have even thought to look into which led to us finding the perfect ring for her! Had a wonderful exp with Gary Lee. Being the first time I’ve ever bought an engagement ring I was nervous just in general. Didn’t really have an idea of the look per se but had a price range in mind. Gary took an amazing amount of time and patience with me throughout the process. Showing me everything, all options, the ins/out of certain diamonds, placement options and just overall education in general. It wasn’t just come in here and spend your money, he really took the time to listen and ask important questions to help aid in buy. I was lost so the guidance and professional knowledge was needed! Aside from the great customer service and exp with Gary Lee throughout he was also a great help to his co-workers whom kept requiring his help every 5min. Of course I’m sure he would have liked to be able to give his individual attention to me and also apologized for the continued interruptions but it goes to show his knowledge and professionalism not only to the clients but to his peers around him. Overall fantastic exp with Gary and HIGHLY recommend you seek him out for all your needs there. Also, the hospitality of the others around was great. We were trying everything out so long I needed a bottle of water…it’s the little things.

Ask for Gary Lee, he is fantastic! My fiancé and I are getting married next May but we had yet to pick out our wedding rings. We made a reservation online at Jared.com, which was quick and easy. When we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly General Manager and directed over to Gary Lee the Jewelry Specialist Manager, who is also a Certified Diamontologist. He was personable, knowledgeable and the perfect blend of professional/funny! We are so excited about our rings and can't wait to have them on our fingers! Thank you Jared!
